Rukmini Dasgupta, Company Secretary

Rukmini is a senior leader and teacher in a primary school in Waltham Forest with a background in science.

Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with young people and their families in the community to develop cohesion and inclusivity and this vocation has led her to plan and co-ordinate a range of successful fundraisers.

She is passionate about holistic education and using it to further improve aspirations of disadvantaged children and young people. As such, she champions using the arts to engage and inspire them and, most importantly, raise their confidence. Her passion for teaching has led her to mentor and nurture newly qualified educators and trainee teachers as she firmly believes that exemplary teachers have the ability to change lives. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, listening to inspirational stories and a hot cup of chai.
