All our work takes an intersectional approach to ensure equity is established.

Understanding people’s experiences, choices, and realities requires active listening to their stories. Lived experiences inform all aspects of our work.

We’re passionate about unlearning; we are committed to relearning from our peers, ancestors, and others dedicated to anti-racism.

We embrace radical care for each other

We honour our disabled ancestors’ teachings on disability justice. We strive to build a world with everyone in mind.

We act as conscious collaborators, creating supportive environments where people care for each other, infusing kindness and compassion in all we do.

We centre real people and experiences in all we design and deliver. We apply human-centred design principles in all our work to truly understand needs and solve problems. Every interaction is grounded in respect, empathy, and kindness.
