Opportunity: Join Spark as our Programmes & Relationships Director (Consultant)

We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven leader to help shape the next chapter of Spark.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of community programmes that support racialised people and communities, while building relationships with the funders, partners, and stakeholders who make our work possible.

Working closely with our Board and Company Secretary, you’ll lead key initiatives including Grassroots Run Deep and the Racism at Work Support Hub & Legal Toolkit, helping to ensure our work remains impactful, sustainable, and community-led.

The role is offered on a flexible, self-employed basis (approximately two days per week) and is likely to suit an independent consultant, freelancer, or sector professional seeking meaningful, values-led work alongside an existing portfolio.
