National Debtline is a charity that gives free and independent debt advice over the phone and online.

They have a cost of living hub with lots of tools and support if you are struggling to make ends meet.

Debt Camel looks at your debt options and how to choose which one is right for you. It is independent, impartial and not-for-profit.

Islamic Debt Help offer a wide range of debt solutions to their Muslim brothers and sisters. All services provided by Islamic Debt Help are halal and interest free.

MoneySavingExpert.com is dedicated to cutting your bills and fighting your corner with journalistic research, cutting-edge tools and a massive community – all focused on finding deals, saving cash and campaigning for financial justice.

Nationwide have a free cost of living helpline on 0800 030 40 66.

They also have other support to help you understand your financial situation and how to manage debt or borrowed money. 

The Scottish Government have a crisis grant fund to help with an unexpected emergency like a fire or flood, losing your money or your job.
